Kristi Le, CPA, is the Principal and Managing Member of Diversified Tax & Accounting, PLLC, where she provides comprehensive tax, accounting, and advisory services to individuals and businesses across the United States and internationally. With more than 30 years of experience, Kristi specializes in complex individual and business taxation, global mobility and foreign reporting, estate and trust accounting, and strategic tax planning. Her firm serves a broad client base, including partnerships, S corporations, corporations, nonprofits, estates, and trusts, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and personalized service.

Prior to founding her firm, Kristi held senior leadership roles at EY, Deloitte, and Arthur Andersen, advising executive and C-suite clients on domestic and international tax matters, payroll, and compensation planning. She has led global teams, managed multimillion-dollar engagements, and delivered significant tax savings through cross-border planning and compliance. A Michigan-licensed CPA with a Master of Science in Taxation, Kristi is recognized for her leadership, mentorship, and commitment to client success, bringing Big Four expertise with a client-focused, hands-on approach.

Charlie served more than 30 years in government accounting, retiring as the Air National Guard Stock Fund Manager. She oversaw financial management for 93 ANG units with a combined budget exceeding $100 million.

She developed a training and mentorship program to support Air Guard personnel in budget management, which was later adopted by the Air Force Reserves and active-duty Air Force. Charlie traveled worldwide to deliver one-on-one training to personnel.
